This poster is in our series of interpretations of type catalog quotations from the late 19th century. These catalogs were designed to show off various typefaces and used short quotes to display the font. We love these catalogs because our letterpress work is made using these same fonts and we appreciate the humor and wit displayed by fellow printers.
